Malia from Step On Up was absolutely awesome today, outfitting my 3 children with school shoes and runners. She was efficient, fun to talk with, knowledgeable and warm. The other staff were lovely and polite too - so nice to have honet-to-goodness customer service! Thoroughly recommend. A+++
