Statewide Bitumen is a family owned and operated civil construction company specialising in all sized domestic and commercial Bitumen Driveway Construction and Asphalt Paving works. Since establishment in 2001 we have built a flawless reputation for quality workmanship and customer service. Due to our experienced crews, excellent service and our prompt handling of unforseen problems, we have experienced strong growth and have expanded our operations to include Brisbane Toowoomba Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast.
From driveways to highways, car parks to transport yards, trench-work or just potholes, no job is too large or too small.
Statewide Bitumen have two 3 man crews operating with plant and equipment such as our state of the art SEAL FORWARD trucks seen on the right and below, 2 tip trucks, 1 Bitelli BB30 paver, 1 Sakai PT280 mini paver, rollers, and bobcats.

With the advantage of Spray-Sealing forward we can now offer a stronger, faster to lay and less expensive Bitumen Spray-Sealing option than ever before.
By using CLASS 170/60 CRS Emulsified Bitumen over Class 170 Cutback, we now operate with no hazardous materials on site, at much lower tempratures, we have no waste, surplus or excess material that needs to be disposed of when the job is completed.
Our bitumen tanks are constantly heated by recycled exhaust gasses diverted through a inbuilt 150mm heating tube. Heating is assisted by LPG gas burners when required. Our pumps and sprays bar remain wet and full of bitumen at all times rather than flushing with diesel or kero as with conventional Class 170 Spray-Sealing equipment.
All of these changes are safer, save time, money and are more environmentally friendly than any other Bitumen Spray-Sealing process.
Our application rate on a two coat 10mm Spray-Seal Bitumen job is 2L / M2 per coat which meets RTA Standard of residual bitumen content per coat for its 10mm Spray-Sealing on city streets, rural roads and highways
