STATE SWIM SWIMMING SCHOOLS (Golden Grove SA)

we were quite happy with Golden grove State Swim until we met their extremely rude manager A*** who has no customer service and management skills. our children are going there since 2010 and we never met this this rude lady who calls herself as the manager of the centre. we were paying all our fee on time & our children were performing beautifully too. because of terrible sickness of our children during winter, we missed few lessons. As per their policy of make-up lessons, we requested them to book us for those three makeup lessons in October as we are going on holiday in November. This stupid manager, couldn't understand this simple thing & was forcing us to pay for October if we want to do makeup lessons. Above all, she don't have any manners and patience to at least to listen to customers. We believe that they have plenty of more qualified and sensible staff than this i**** manager. we still like State swim Golden Grove, but strongly recommend them to interview their managers for their real managerial skills before appointing them. 'We'll say that their Assistant manager S**** is more skilful and sensible and deserve to be a manager instead of this current manager who boast all the time by saying "I'm the Manager here".
