Hopeless. Got an email saying delivered, and it didn't. Got sent a pic as proof, NOT MY HOUSE. Called Aus Post and Star Track, each saying the other has to fix it. No way to call the Orange branch direct and find out from the driver where it actually went. Absolutely dismal. Wouldn't recommend using them at all. What would be the point? Unless you juat enjoy paying for things and not recieving them, so in that case, go right ahead. Hopeless, useless, i******. Fair review.

have just witnessed a startrack delivery van throwing parcels & cartons around with out a care to what might be in them .. a shame to think that some of these parcels might be damaged .. people entrust their goods to you for delivery with care ... I,ll think twice before I use the service
