paid for express delivery gets to Startrack sits in depot for days on end now closed over the weekend, a week later I may see what I paid for, paying for express delivery is a waste of time when it ends up at dumb track!

What a ridiculous experience I have had with star track. I checked my tracking number online and was advised parcels arrive on 18th may. Parcels arrive early on 17th may while I am away from home. Parcels returned to depot, card left in mail box. I rang number and asked for re delivery. Not possible, I am told I must collect from depot. I advise I will collect this am. Not possible I am told until person on phone arranges collection with depot. I ask for depot's phone number and address so I can arrange collection asap. Not possible, person on phone must arrange this. I ask how long this may take, told possibly this afternoon. I explain I am working this afternoon and tomorrow and this does not allow enough time to collect prior to weekend. I once again ask for re delivery today as per online advice. Not possible. I ask am I collecting from a post office in St. Leonards as per the depot location on card. I am told that they have nothing to do with the post office. Clearly on my card dropped in my letter box it states Australia Post, with the Australia Post emblem (a business of AP). I wonder how many parcels get returned to sender after 10 days (as advised on card) with this cat and mouse game. I have never had such difficulty arranging collection when dealing with private companies such as T** in the past.

A PARCEL WAS DELIVED TO US AT 35 PUNCHBOWL ROAD LAST WEEK,THE DRIVER OPENED OUR UNIT DOOR WHICH IS A PRIVATE RESIDENT AND PLACE THE PARCEL IN SIDE THE UNIT.PROBLEM IS IT WAS THE WRONG ADDRESS AND AM SURE HE COULD SEE THAT THIS A MOTEL AND THERE IS AN OFFICE .UNAUTHORISED ENTRY IS ILLEGAL.AS I CANT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE MAYBE THEY CAN CALL ME ON 63445811.
