Medical emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforseen delay. A cancellation fee may be charged if you fail to attend your appointment without prior notification. # Home visits will incur a private fee and may be arranged at the treating doctor’s discretion for regular patients. # Most problems are best dealt with in consultation. Your call will always be put through to the doctor in the case of a medical emergency. # This is a private billing practice. Fees are based on the length of the consult and the complexity and nature of the visit. The are also based on individual practitioner preferences. A summary of our fees are: Standard fee (15 mins) $78.00 Long appointment (+20 mins - < 40 mins) $136.00 We are happy to quote you prior to your appointment for specific fees. Discounts and concessions may apply for aged and other pensioners, Full time students, OSHC and HCC holders and children. Cards must be shown at the time of consult. A full list of fees is available at reception. Fees are payable at the time of consultation. Medicare Online Claiming is also available from the practice. Children under 13 years, Age Pensioners, and Veterans Affairs are bulk-billed after the initial visit only .
