The manager and her staff don’t know how to treat customers or resolve complaints/errors made on their end. Not even an apology! If I could I wouldn’t even rate 1 star.

If banks make money by getting people to deposit money. Then why is it that st George Ingleburn only ever have a maximum of just 2 tellers on duty and we stand in line and watch a fully qualified teller stand at the concierge desk. And a further 5 loans officers sitting in their offices whilst sometimes more than 20 people stand in line waiting for one of the two tellers on duty. With Ingleburn being a small business centre there are a lot of business people making cash deposite of thousands of dollars which makes it even longer to be served by the staff in you badly understaffed branch. So get your act together and spend some of the BILLIONS you make from us and give us the service we deserve.
