Normally there are no more than 2 or3 customers in the branch and same number of staff. It takes forever to be attended, they are extremely inefficient, not able to deal with basic credit requirements. They made mistakes like register wrong phone numbers, adresses and do no listen to the customer. Overall, a beautiful and comfortable branch with not the right staff. Service is well under general standards. Please do something to "shake" the lazy Branch Manager J***** and his very average executive/teller assistant.
