St George Bank Cabramatta Branch

Today, the 2nd of August, Tuesday 2016 I went into the St George Cabramatta branch to get things done, but I have to say despite the renovations and how busy it got, the customer service I specifically got FROM 'P**** H****', somehow the manager at the store was quite pathetic. He didn't even ask me what I needed to do when I was waiting in line. I was served then by Meah, who was very helpful and kind with her services to me, was told off by P**** H**** for letting me in the no customer allowed section. Clearly she didn't get enough training, but that's not her fault, and is P**** H****'s fault for not providing enough training for her to know so. And despite telling Meah off in front of the customers, it was very unprofessional and uncalled for of him to do so as he should have done it later on when they were alone for further performance review. As I was confronted by P**** H**** and his accusation of not being allowed in the no customer zone, and how unprofessional of him to say that to me despite one of his workers bringing me in the restricted zone in the first place. And to add things to it, a worker name J****** W*** also added a rather rude comment saying "I know right" despite me not knowing that it was a restricted zone as I followed Meah inside. Both P**** H**** and J****** W*** acted both unprofessional, rudely and provided very poor customer service to me. I would like Westpac to review these two people in terms of their performances as I am quite disgusted on how they treated their staff, especially P**** H****, who is supposedly the manager at the Cabramatta branch and also J****** W*** for adding irrelevant and rude comments towards me: Poor service and very unprofessional. I will definitely pass this on to other people.
