Had 6 business shirts drycleaned. They shrunk every one. I can’t wear them any more. He essentially said, “I can’t see how that happened” and didn’t offer any solution. He accepted that the shirts had shrunk but did not accept responsibility as it is “the same process he uses every time and he’s never had any complaints” I have had these shirts drycleaned elsewhere before with no issues. I eventually got him to refund the drycleaning bill but he refused to even consider paying for new shirts. Terrible demeanor and rude. I have to buy all new shirts now. DO NOT GO HERE.
