Company description
The company we know as SPI Property Inspections, began its days in 2002 as Superior House Inspections. It was founded by Colin Legg, who continues to own the company while no longer managing the day-to-day operations.
The SPI team has now comprises 10 people, including building inspectors across Melbourne and Central Victoria, and an office team managing the bookings, marketing and administrative functions.
Our inspectors have collectively over 150 years of building experience and have a wealth of knowledge about the trade and building best practice. To date, SPI Property Inspections has undertaken over 7, 000 building inspections.
Our central office is located in Vermont South. We service clients for both residential and commercial inspections across Melbourne metro, North and North-East Victoria, Mornington Peninsula, Geelong and Central Victoria.
SPI Property Inspections is a member of the Master Builders’ Association Victoria and the Housing Industry Association, Australia’s largest and most respected housing industry organisation.
