Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Chadstone S/C

Extremely terrible! don't go here if you don't want to be disappointed. The quality of customer service is abysmal. The staff were neglectful and snooty. Especially the amazingly rude and arrogant optometrist I saw who talked to me like I was a dumb person. Sorry, I didn't even bother to find out what her name was as I am not coming back to this store ever again or to any Specsavers! There was nothing memorable about my experience except that it was beyond horrible and that the brusque optometrist was a female asian who didn't even let me finish my sentences, seemed so uninterested about what I had to say and carried on like she didn't have time for me. Who does she think she is?? I guess coz "they think" they sell cheap eyewear and contacts, they seem to be entitled to give you that kind of treatment as if you don't deserve to be in this world because you are looking for a bargain. I emphasized "they think" because they are NOT, I repeat they are NOT cheap!! I used to go to OPSM who provided me with constant good service, in fact, I don't even remember having one bad experience with them. Now that I think of it, the staff and the optometrists were always courteous and looked after me very well, everytime! Sometimes even went beyond what was required of them like providing me of temporary contact lenses for free just in case I needed them before my order arrived. Plus, they always let me know about their promotions and gave good deals. You can get 8 boxes of contacts for only $128 whilst it costed $25 per box for exactly the same set of contacts at Specsavers. Specsavers had all these flyers in store of various promotions but no one ever bothered explaining anything to me. When I asked about a special, I was quickly dismissed by a staff saying it was only for online orders then she carried on doing other stuff. Looking back, my little silly venture to Specsavers not only was an utter waste of my time but also my money. All I can say is, What was I thinking??! I ended up booking myself another appointment at OPSM straight after my disgusting experience at this Specsavers and it will always remind me of why I would not even dare to step one foot in their store or any other Specsavers for that matter. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't expecting 5 star service or any service of that kind, especially from a "budget" eyewear shop like Specsavers. All I was hoping for is that they would have the decency to treat me like a customer. Even the kids at a fast food chain can do a better job then them! Terrible!!! (By the way, they're service does not even deserve a rating of 1 star, I just needed to choose 1 star to be able to submit this review.)
