For the past few months I was getting tattoo removal and all those times I had an appointment I was waiting upto an hour to see the nurse, I was given about 8 needles of local one side of the neck once every two weeks as I have both sides of my neck tattooed. At that time for the first few weeks the treatment wasn't great but acceptable meaning the attitude of the staff and reception. Up into the 28th I had an appointment in the afternoon I waited for 45 minutes to see the nurse 3 weeks prior to the appointment I was told by a doctor that next time I came I was to be given a anesthetic to relax my body so I could handle all those local enesthetics. On the 28.1.16 I went into the room after a 45 minute wait and I was arrased by nurse pam to take photos of my neck I keept declining and declining she didn't want to give up she wanted to take photos of my tattoos when I signed first appointment to no photos to be taken.. Then she told me that I Won't be getting both anesthetic that she is only going to do locals I declined and asked to speak with doctor Scott Webber he came into the room and said he was ok with it because he spoke to my referral doctor then nurse pam came in and still declined to do it so I asked for another nurse so nurse Sarah came in and both nurse pam and nurse Sarah made me feel very annoyed frustrated and confused and I started getting bad anxiety. Nurse Sarah said we can't do both locals because that involves us looking after you for 2 hours and we don't have time to do that I was told 2 hours into this appointment so I asked to speak to doctor Webber and I spoke to him and he said sorry about today you will not be charged. On the 3.2.16 I was sent a bill of $36.55 it's not about the 35 bucks it's about the principle of it all. All I see on here and what I've heard is discusting the way they treat there customers.. Very bad experience I do not recommend this place I'm now going through another place and they are fantastic.
