I went to these guys and found them really patronising. I have early onset arthritis due to skateboarding, which was confirmed through Xray and later (after my visit to south side) through MRI. The young girl I had was OK, but kept seeking advise from an older physio. This older therapist proceeded to patronise and degrade my chosen sport, saying a stupid voice "are you a heaps gnarly skater guy?" and because I did not bring the X-rays told me I did not have arthritis because because of my age (mid 30's), despite me informing them that I had seen the X-rays and the doctor had confirmed this. Anyway I did not go back and later had an MRI done and found that not only was there arthritis but there was other cartilage damage and I later had arthroscopic knee surgery. I think if you go to these guys you have to be a jock for them to take you seriously, I have since found a better physio.
