Don't use them if you need a bench on a deadline. They are extremely unreliable and have no customer service. They promised us our bench would be done in 7-8 working days. It was more like 20 working days and we were extremely annoyed. I called them every week and the guy kept telling me it would be ready in a couple more days which was a total lie. I even spent 2 days ringing to talk to someone and no one answered the phone so I had to drive there to finally talk to someone. When I got there, he brushed me off and said, 'another few days.' The guy seems totally uninterested in our business and that he had more important matters to deal with. Also one of the measurements he did wasn't what we gave him in the drawings so my husband had to modify it himself.
