Our drillers and technicians are highly trained and receive ongoing training in all aspects of our industry. All staff are Level 2 first aid trained and undergo twelve month refresher training. We also have a full time health and safety manager with ten years experience in the drilling industry. South Western Drilling is driven by a “Safety First Policy”. We attribute our success to the fact that our staff are educated and experienced in what is best practice. On all South Western Drilling projects, you know the driller will have a minimum of 4 years experience, and our senior drillers up to 23 years. All of our offsiders spend their first 3 years with a senior driller.
