My experience with owner of South Geelong Auto’s I brought a Ute from owner of South Geelong Auto’s On the 18-10-24 I went to pick up ute One hour in to my drive home the ENGINE JUST STOPPED WHILE I WAS DRIVING I was lucky I didn’t cause an accident I got ute off highway took pictures of the lights on the dash and sent them to Scott than rang him he sent someone to have a look I went too there workshop they told me to come back in half an hour when I returned they said it was the battery and they put in new one BECAUSE SCOTT TOLD THEM TO they took for test drive when they came back said everything was fine I left 5km’s down the road doing 100km’s while it was raining and a truck behind me for the Second time ENGINE STOPPED AGAIN WHILE I WAS DRIVING I was lucky the truck didn’t run into the back of me causing an accident I AGAIN took pictures of the lights on the dash and sent them to owner than rang him as I knew how to get it started I said I would go back to workshop when I got there I stayed and watched what they did they put scanner on it came up with a lot of codes they cleared the codes and said there was nothing else they could do owner rang me he said maybe I should bring it back to him I said I will try getting home and have an auto electrical I have used in the past have a look owner agreed to that and we both agreed no work would be done until owner and I had spoken I made it home without it happening again I let owner know this On the 30-10-24 IT HAPPENED AGAIN ENGINE STOPPED AGAIN WHILE I WAS DRIVING On 1-11-24 BRAKES START SQUEAKING It’s fun how when I first saw ute and took it for test drive on 8-10-24 and on 18-10-24 took for test drive and picked up ute BRAKES WERE NOT SQUEAKING On the 19-12-24 mechanic fixed exhaust On the 4-1-25 I went to start Ute and it would not start called RACV they said it was the ECM On the 12-1-25 ENGINE STOPPED AGAIN WHILE I WAS DRIVING there have been multiple issues in the last 3 months I have tired 3 times to work this out with owner over the last 3 months without success YOU WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY YOU SAVE AND GO WITHOUT TO GET THE AMOUNT YOU NEED FOR THE VEHICLE YOU WANT DON”T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BUYING FROM THIS SO CALLED DEALER
