Reiki is a gentle way to work with energy to promote health, balance and well being. To assist you in shifting stagnant energy, balance your chakras and allow the energy flow in your body to be in harmony. Reiki is suitable for all ages and is wonderful to keep balance and flow in your body. You will find it very helpful if you have recently experienced emotional, physical or mental trauma. If you are looking to become more aware of yourself and remove old anxieties and blockages that sit within your energy and physical body.
