Company History SOS Employment has been providing specialised labour hire and recruitment services to the Civil Construction and Earthmoving Industry in South Australia for over 20 years. Our key staff have over 50 years experience in this field. Our business commenced under the name Spare Operator Services (SA) in 1991, primarily supplying Plant Operators, but quickly expanded to include Labourers, Pipe Layers, Truck Drivers, Cleaners, Trades, Administration, Technical Staff and more. In 2008 we re-branded to become SOS Employment Pty Ltd and moved into our new premises at Daw Park, just 6km south of the CBD.
