Description
In the beautiful rainforest hinterland of the Sunshine Coast is Mangalam Retreat. We are happy to share our small piece of paradise giving music meditation and mantra retreats and private yoga therapy, spiritual counselling and TER or TRE works. Check out our weekly classes in Yoga, TRE and Yoga nidra, mantra, meditation and music. Soraya offers to her individual sessions, retreats and seminars 40 years of expertise as facilitator, teacher and therapist. Her husband Terry Oldfield is a well-known composer and flute teacher who offers weekly meditation retrieves and music mantra on Sounds and Silence Day.
