I rang the number and it went straight into a repetitive answering service that tells me that in the event of a medical energy ring 000, if you minor surgery we can do this etc. it should start with what people are used to, such as: we are unable to answer the phone at the moment, please wait and we will answer your call shortly…and go into its seemingly endless, repetitive stuff…
