Solar Doctor Perth were assigned to do a warranty job for us, they were very slow in organising and carrying out this job and many times they promised to come at a certain time and date and never showed up and each time they just sent an email making excuses on why they didn't come. All this was right at the middle of winter and our solar hot water system was not performing well and was struggling to make proper hot water for us. I had mentioned this to Solar Doctor but it did not make any difference and seemed they didnt care at all about our situation. Meanwhile our hot water system booster was also having problems which was not covered by the warranty. When I mentioned this to the Solar Doctor, they gave an overpriced quote and offered to replace it for me. But considering their broken promises, I gave the job to other people who came quickly and efficiently replaced it - while I was still waiting for Solar Doctor guys to come and do the warranty job! Anyway, they dragged on this for weeks and weeks; after which I got sick and tiered of all this and complained to the manufacturer and asked them to give the job to another group. When the manufacturer realised that this job was not completed after so many weeks they assigned another group to do it; who came and did the job within a couple of days. I wont recommend the Solar Doctor Perth to anyone.
