Our business has been servicing Northern Tasmania for more than 60 years and are synonymous with the greater Launceston area, in particular. We have been a Solahart dealer for nearly four decades, with some of the first solar hot water systems we ever installed in the late 70’s and early 80’s, still in operation. In that time, we have installed and serviced thousands of solar systems, making us one of the most well established and sought-after solar specialists in Tasmania. In 2013, the business was purchased by Damien and Kirsty Pedder. Back in the day, Damien completed his plumbing apprenticeship with the previous owners. After leaving to operate his own business, he came full-circle acquiring both the Solahart and Plumbing businesses, and merging them into one. Today, we directly employ 16 staff and utilise the expertise of numerous contractors across the East Coast, Central North and the North-West Coast regions of Tasmania.
