My experience at this dance school was nothing short of a nightmare. After my daughter's trial lesson, the instructor Stephanie shockingly and heartlessly spoke directly to my young daughter, using cruel and malicious words, telling her she couldn't make it. This scene left her utterly bewildered and in tears, shattering her confidence. Even if a decision had been made not to include her in a particular class, there is absolutely no excuse for subjecting an innocent child to this level of emotional distress. Her tears and shattered self-esteem were heart-wrenching to witness. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and we will never return to this school.
