My husband and I came into the store on Saturday 7th November and were attended to by a very professional and knowledgable staff member who provided us with all of the information that we needed to select a new mattress. There was no pushy sales pitch, just great informative detail. We utilised the BedMatch system and eventually decided on our new mattress and pillows. We were then advised that we could possibly have a 3 week wait for delivery which turned out to only be a 3 day wait which was great. We were told that the drivers would be coming between 8 and 11am and would ring 30 mins before delivery. They did just that – phoned at 8am, said they would be arriving in 20-40 mins and 20mins later they were on the door step. Mattress on the bed and the drivers politely out the door in two minutes. What wonderful service all round. We would like to thank you all or fantastic customer service and we will certainly be recommending Snooze Prospect. Wendy Rowe
