Bought a set of precision digital scales and even after calibration they didn't work. I took them back to the store that day and the very friendly lady that sold them to me had left and I was served by Joshua. I showed him they weren't working so he played around with them and calibrated then himself. He tried a different set of the same brand and they weren't working either. He then said he fixed them and when. I checked they still were not given an accurate reading. He then told me that the 100g calibration weights arevt always 100g 🤨😂 And then told me I can't return them, swap them, or let me pay to upgrade to a set that was more expensive and not faulty because of what scales are used for and that I should come back in a few days when the lady that sold them to me was working. THE ITEM WAS FAULTY!
