Smithwards was the worst choice that I have made, in selecting this (small business) to do my kitchen. What started as a service full of promises, ended in a 5 month long disaster, filled with lies and failure to meet every deadline. Even now, I have made contact in relation to a very poor finish with the sealing around the stone and under the bench, I was told "Do not contact us again, we are done with you, you are harassing us". Absolutely disgusting service, don't be fooled by their smart words and promises of unrealistic due dates. Don't be fooled in paying them thousands of dollars before they even start your job. I fell for this. I paid $90% and my kitchen wasn't 30% complete. Others have paid 95% and have 10% of work done... Do not use them, see my review on Google and am happy to speak to you, to assist you to not to fall into the same mess that I did.
