Avoid avoid avoid. They say they are in VIC AU. Ordered products over $800 and have not received them. Another ordered directly on the site did not arrive. They sent me a tracking number from SJ worldwide. Not even in Australia. But in India. No email replys and they are ignoring my complaint raised with ebay. Luckily I am protected by ebay policy for my money back.
This store is an overseas scam.

There was an initial delay and communication problems on our end which we are very sorry for the inconvenience and undue stress caused. You were refunded as we oversold and had the blowers on backorder. When we received the stock a 2nd order was made by yourself to purchase a blower + deflator. Once received you advised things had changed after a few weeks and requested o return the blower as you had not yet completed payment for the 2nd order due to a problem on our side with paypal. This was of couse granted and Credit note closing your account issued. We understand this should have been handled better and are truly apologetic for the troubles and your initial experience with dealing with Smart Digital Australia. However we are not an overseas company. You received a refund. Placed a second order with COD terms, which was later returned for a credit note. We would be greatly appreciative if you wouldn't mind reviewing this to reflect in your own words your overall experience after this review was made.
