I would not recommend buying a mattress form sleepeezee We bought a mattress from them together with my flat mate. 3 months later I noticed dents forming in the mattress. Their sales representative came to the house to check out the mattress to see if there would be reasons for replacement. He said that it was normal and that we should twist the mattress. This was never told when we bought the mattress. So we rotated the mattress several times but with no change. The situation only got worse and my boyfriend and I start having back problems. I called and emailed the sales rep again but he refused any help. The costumer service was so appalling and I escalated it to the GM. He acknowledged my email and said to call me but he never did. We paid over 2K for the mattress and we start having back problems after 6 months. My flat mate and his girl friend are experiencing the same. The guarantee of the mattress is 10 years and they are endorsed by Australian Chiropractors, for all these reasons we bought this mattress. They definitely look great at first but they are poor make and the costumer service is appalling and it seems they would do anything to not live up to their promise of a 10 year guarantee period.
