I have been purchasing from Sleep and Sound for more than 4 years. I have always found tammy to be knowledgeable and reliable. I recently purchased a product to trial with the intention of buying another if the product was fit for purpose. The product was just what we wanted. When I went to order another it was out of stock. Tammy confirmed what our needs were. Tammy researched where I could purchase it... suggesting another supplier. An amazing strategy... and it worked. Not only did I get the product I urgently wanted BUT Tammy has cemented my loyalty and future custom by her actions.
