Sight `n' Sound (Northcote Vic)

Every time I try to support a small business it always goes badly and I wish I hadn't. With this store I specifically asked if two CDs were in stock and even though they weren't, the manager said it would be no trouble to order them and have them there by Friday (I called on Tuesday). By the time I got to the store and put a deposit down, the story was they would probably be here by Friday but I would be sent a text message. I ended up ordering two CDs that I could have gotten immediately at JB Hi-Fi at $20 cheaper - that's another extra CD I could have bought. I received a call on Saturday that one CD had arrived but the one I originally wanted had not. They weren't sure when the other one would arrive but would call and let me know. Still no call. I just want to know what small business is offering for an extra $20 because it's not great communication or service. I was pretty disappointed and wouldn't return.
