I am 21 years old and Within a week of buying my brand new 2015 ute for around $40k i got into an accident on the rear (not at fault) I decided to take my car to sheen bayswater to get fixed, they quoted $15,000 worth of damage to the tail gate and rear hard top and structure of the rear. They replaced the tail gate and respayed the hardtop, once i picked my ute up after them having it for 6 weeks, they gave me a life time warranty on their workmanship. I noticed that day that the hard top on my brand new ute was covered in ripple marks covering the whole hard top from front to back/paint bubbles/lots of scratches covering the hard top and a small dint around the front of the hart top, and the badge falling off. I took the ute back to sheen and spoke with a****** about how i wasn't happy with the paint job and he said he would fix it, after having the car for 3 days they called me and said that they couldn't fix it because it wasn't there fault and the hard top was already damaged before i took it to them. *If it was to big of i job for them to respray a hard lid i don't understand why they couldn't of quoted to replace the $2,500 hard lid with a brand new one considering they quoted $15,000 to replace the tail gate, respray the hard lid and fix the "rear structure bar"
