Quite possibly the rudest staff member I have ever come across. So cold, very unattractive behaviour. Miss manager Ashley, please do your job better.

Ashley the manager here is absolutely awful! So rude and unwelcoming. This tired, cringey, overpriced store is already bad enough but the customer service from her takes the cake. What a joke. Please quit

This store was so sub par it is beyond me. One girl, Ashley I think is the manager just ignored me and made my shopping experience horrid. I will not be coming here again and I will be telling the Richmond community to avoid.
