Ashley the manager here is absolutely awful! So rude and unwelcoming. This tired, cringey, overpriced store is already bad enough but the customer service from her takes the cake. What a joke. Please quit

This store was so sub par it is beyond me. One girl, Ashley I think is the manager just ignored me and made my shopping experience horrid. I will not be coming here again and I will be telling the Richmond community to avoid.
