⚠️ Buyer Beware - this salon sells gift vouchers with illegal 6‑month expiries — Australian law requires 3 years. ⚠️ I purchased a voucher here that was marked with only a 6‑month expiry. Under Australian Consumer Law, gift vouchers MUST have a minimum expiry period of 3 years. 

Despite this clear requirement, the salon refused to honour my voucher just weeks after their illegal 6‑month date had passed. When I explained the ACL rules, staff would not listen or acknowledge the law, they rudely spoke over me and dismissed me, forcing me to leave the store. Consumers should be aware that this practice is not compliant with Australian Consumer Law. A business cannot shorten expiry periods to 6 months, and refusing redemption after that time is unlawful. I was left with a worthless voucher despite clear protections in place for customers.
