Sea Eagle - Hot Smoked Trout

Bought the smoked trout from Wicked Cheese near Ricmond, brought it back to Perth and have just finished my second piece - it is mouthwateringly delicious. My compliments to whoever processed it - you did a very professional job. However, I don't know where to buy it here in Perth - can anyone help please? That's the trouble with living all the way over here - we don't get yummy things like this. Please let me know.
