Scott Construction and Development is a family owned and operated Western Australian business, located in North Beach, a suburb of Perth. Established in 1996, the company specialises in design and development of commercial real estate, including designing and constructing developments from green fields sites.

Scott Construction and Development’s management team comprises:
Trevor Scott, managing director, studied Mechanical and Civil Engineering at Curtin University before spending five years in New Zealand, as Construction Manager, and then Development Director of Marinas for a multinational company.
Roy Manchester, B. E., B. Com., MIEA, Project Manager, has over 40 years’ experience in engineering.
Jenny Otway, Accounts Manager had experience in the UK as a PA to the Managing Director of a construction company, moving with the same country to South Africa, before moving with her husband to Western Australia and raising her family. She then re-entered the workforce, joining Scott Construction and Development.
Projects undertaken by Scott Construction and Development include seven consecutive residential subdivisions in Quinns Rock, consecutive subdivisions in Mandurah, Landsdale and Kwinana. In addition the company has completed lake and marine side subdivisions in Bayswater, Sorrento, Rockingham, Mandurah and Balcatta
