I purchased 5 pairs of earrings. All were a mixture of 18K and 10K gold. Within ONE month all earrings had badly tarnished, even the inside of the cartilage screws. I have NEVER had this happen. I paid $1525 for these earrings. They are of the worst quality gold I have ever purchased. I requested a refund or store credit but my requests were met with deaf ears saying that the oxidation with my skin contact most probably cause this. What on earth? I’ve been wearing gold earrings for 45 of my 48 years with no issues. The only option they offered is a clean and clean them in the future. I find this absolutely disgusting. I would recommend you purchase better quality earrings elsewhere for the price you pay here. I would give them zero stars if I could. Yes I saw your response on my other review, that is the most ridiculous response ever. Are you going to offer lifetime complimentary cleaning and shipping backwards and forwards of these 5 earrings? As well as this you sent back the earrings to an address where I do no live and did not even add a unit number nor inform me the earrings were being returned. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. FYI as explained I do not wear perfume, these earrings have not been worn in water and oxidation claim is the most ridiculous claim I’ve ever heard. So in my 48 years of life ONLY Sarah & Sebastian earrings have tarnished. You cannot be serious! Would have been so much easier for you to offer me a refund or store credit than have this backwards and forwards of poor quality earrings.
