Description

In 1997 Sandy opened Permanent beauty centre in order to specialise in the art of permanent make-Up / Cosmetic tattoo. During the early years to improve her education Sandy attended many advanced seminars, both in Australia and overseas. Her commitment to the industry is well known, and in April 2001 she was invited to present a Medical Seminar at the World Cosmoprof Beauty Expo in Bologna, Italy.
