Having worked in healing psychotherapies for more than 35 years, John Dass is a qualified and highly experienced psychotherapist. His initial passion for inner enquiry led him to study yoga and physical therapies in the early seventies. The late seventies took him to India and Osho’s transformational therapies, and meditations.

John is the leader of the Path of Love Process in Australia and New Zealand, having worked in this transformational process for more than 25 years.

John is the founder of The Bay Retreats (The Bay), a single client rehab facility located in Byron Bay. Since 2008 ‘The Bay’ has provided individual and very private retreats in a discreet and exclusive one-to-one setting to allow clients to take advantage of the very best treatments available while maintaining an extremely private and even anonymous profile.

John has extensive experience in business mediation and coaching. John specializes in treating mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, addictions, and traumas, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and sexual trauma.

Counselling for relationships, couples, and individuals are included in his services. John is in the Byron Shire. In-person and online sessions are available and where travel or movements are restricted, John can come to you.
