I specialise in Sports and Remedial Therapy for Musculo-Skeletal Pain and Injuries, including Pregnancy. I use a range of modalities which include Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Cupping, and other advanced soft tissue techniques. Importantly, I will teach you how to avoid pain and injury as part of your personalized treatment plan.
I am highly experienced and effective in treating common conditions including Tennis/Golfers Elbow, Migraines, Headaches, Shoulder injuries including Frozen Shoulder, Rotator cuff injuries, Hip Injuries e.g. Bursitis, Runners Knee, all Back Pain, Plantar Fasciitis. Most of my clients are referred by Doctors, Physiotherapist, Chiropractors and other allied health professionals - although referral is not essential.
