process worker (Current Employee), Laverton, VIC – March 15, 2014 i remember the first day i work in this company i applied for a process worker then on my first day,they put me in the roasting biscuit then they leave me there .i don't know what to do. the team leader looked at me, work now.and i panic ...omg they don't even spend a minute to explain or tell me some procedure how to operate the machine and what are we looking for about the production.i ask 1 or 2 worker there about the job they said ..i don't know! and i look for the team leader his not around..i said to my self ....what the hell ...i really needed a job ,i cant walkout so what i did ,i tried to looked at the other people what are they doing ,and tried to copy them...who know's if i am doing the right thing.actually on that day we are 12 people started on that day ...and we are 2 left in my group ..don't blame them having that experienced on your first day. no communication,,no teamwork and thank god i'm still around the place ...i learned by my self.but the thing is i don't want to stay there any longer coz of the environment that i'm around... is not worth it .i been is this country for 25 years and this is the first time that i saw there's a place like that.i tried to be friendly,communicate and doing the job.,i like to enjoy waking up going to work and enjoying with the people that i see everyday.we are all human ...lets help each other.....treat each other right especially those people got kids ...you do'n't want your kids to be treated that way.smile,say hello,help thenew peopleat your work place,and enjoy your job...then go home to our family happy not stress ...we all making a living.PEACE TO ALL OF US.
