Our process is centred on a trustworthy relationship with clients and consultants relying on a solution based approach to construction and design issues. Our aim of continual communications, co-ordination, programming and quality control ensures projects are completed on time, budget, of high quality and without conflict. Safin’s experienced management staff, site supervisors, co-ordinators and tradesman operate in a harmonious, planned and safety environment that enables the building process to be a satisfying experience. Over 33 years we have completed a wide range of buildings from green field projects, alterations, additions, refurbishments, fitouts, civil works, recreational facilities to heritage projects on historic sites. With this experience we have been exposed and understand difficult occupied facilities (hospitals, schools, nursing homes) with delicate resident, staff and student safety, co-ordination, staging and construction issues. Planning, communication and empathy to our client’s needs are paramount to make these projects successful. Our focus on institutional work over the past 15 years has been a rewarding experience for Safin in producing a “shared” building product.
