It is based in the Canberra Region where it provides a service to both Canberra and surrounding NSW. Building new homes is what we take pride in but we are able to offer other building services such as renovating old homes, property development, additions or extensions to existing homes in both rural and urban areas. SVR Constructions offer a range of flexible and varied home designs, which can be built on your land or ours. We offer design services should one of our designs not meet your needs and we can custom designed your home at no extra cost and provide an obligation free quote. We will also quote prepared or architecturally designed plans and work within their specifications, offering solutions and cost saving measures as they arise. We do our best to try and find solutions to any building problems that may occur during the building project. Our work is fully compliant to all Australian Building Code Standards. We guarantee our work. SVR Constructions is a member of the Housing Industry Association and Master Builders Association. The company has four permanent staff and employs apprentices through various apprenticeship schemes, including the Master Builders Training Group Scheme and Sydney Training and Employment Ltd. We only use contractors who are licensed, qualified and reliable tradesmen. Our contractors work with us to achieve a quality finish and to ensure that your new home is finished on time.
