Avoid at all costs. Very unprofessional and just looking to scam customers to make easy money. Charge more than top Sydney salons for normal regrowth and toner/no cut included and came out almost $300 out of pocket. The colour wasn’t washed out properly at the basin stained all my sheets and clothes, didn’t cover greys. So many red flags upon arrival with them openly dissing competitors and local businesses. They tried to con me into purchasing bleach job for $600 for my fine shoulder length hair, when i clearly explained i was getting treated for hair loss and wanted to avoid harsh products on my scalp. I had a reaction afterwards and my scalp was bleeding- had to go to a hair specialist who confirmed they caused damage to my scalp. Just an overall horrible experience. Even their invoicing wasn’t clear or transparent with the charges and didn’t make any sense. extra charges for standard toner mixed in with the colour, 2-3 cm of regular regrowth is absolutely absurd. I would not recommend to my worst enemy
