My daughter saw this person at the city centre to obtain a care plan as she has been suffering from depression. This person charged my daughter $140 to write a care plan, my brother who saw a cancer specialist was charged $180 and was in with the doctor for about 1 hour. I have contacted other medical centres and been told they bulk bill for a care plan. This person has on her profile she is interested in psychological issues, well I think she is only interested in $. Not very Compassionate Dr Rowed. Diann
