You’ll find Rosebud SurgiCentre (RSC) centrally located on the Mornington Peninsula (at Melways 169K2) so we are able to serve patients from South East Melbourne down to Portsea and across the Peninsula to Western Port. Medical and surgical consultants of a wide array of specialist skills from Paediatrics through highly technical Surgery to Geriatrics, attend RSC to provide services for patients usually referred by their Family Doctor. Rosebud SurgiCentre provides first class health care for the conduct of same day Surgery and Endoscopy procedures. Our visiting Surgeons and Gastroenterologists are expert in a range of procedures including: Cataract and other eye (ophthalmic) surgery Plastic, Cosmetic and Reconstructive surgery for skin cancer and other widely related conditions. Endoscopic examinations of Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy. Appropriate General surgical operations. The SurgiCentre was established in 1989 overlooking Port Phillip Bay and the Rosebud Foreshore, an environment that’s surely most conducive to healing. Within the attractive modern building there is a fully Accredited Operating Suite of theatre, preparation and recovery rooms. Integral with the Theatre Suite is an administrative section, waiting room and consulting rooms for visiting medical consultants. Dorevitch Pathology provides an important service in the building.
