Rooftec, Duncraig, WA

Went with Shea Vale (Rooftec) as an owner builder, as we were school mates growing up. I thought he could be trusted... Reality was that he took the profit on the main roof and did not come back to complete the second stage of quoted works. He just went awol and could not be contacted, later denying he had quoted the job in full. Lies and I have documentationto prove it. Roof still leaks and despite reports that detail what is required to fix the issues, he has not stepped up to rectify. He actually just had the nerve to offer to come out and quote to repair. I read through the other complaints posted on Google reviews and can relate. Same excuses of no record of previous contact, intention to deliver a great product etc etc. Every other trade and part of our build went smoothly and without issue. Don't risk your project with this company.
