Money time I and my colleagues-bee yelled aggressively shouted feel threatened. from workshop management in this company Rivet energy. If required I will provide referral evidence. As a mechanic, you have to do approximately more than 1,000 signature Initial every week. which I was doing. and half of that job been done by the first-year apprentice. as a mechanic they want you to sign that. Many times I've told the manager this is Illegal why should I sign it. I haven’t checked, why do you want me to sign. One day I stood for my rights and Refused "manager, this is an illegal request to sign the work I have not checked, in front of the mechanic & general manager." I said. since that time I have been punished legally. by double than the regular work, Etc. during this Punishment, the manager yelled at me and aggressively shouted at me. I feel threatened. I’ve been stressed which caused me injuries on the 02 Jun 021. Which is in Safer work policy it is Illegal the following day because of my injury and stressed I was not able to work and also I decided to resign on the 3 Jun I hand my resignation and give them 2 weeks Notice, on the 4 Jun I cam back to work the told me to live know. back to the Safety, there are many un-safe company vehicles on the road which shouldn't be on the road. it can cause death. And the workshop management knows about this. I hope someones consider this review as a serious matter. Usually, when fleet com for service a defect been found in the vehicle, we if we have time we repair it if there is no time we create an outstanding workList and it will be entered into the computer when the next time vehicle came for service when they print the document the defect will come with the document after a while we realize none of the defects we wrote down has been entered into the system then we no someone doesn’t want to see the defects against the vehicle in the system. I try to save ourselves I start writing on the service sheet all the defects or I mention on the service sheet defect list include. that make the management upset. We Requesting for tools for years and We never get them to improve work quality. the manager gets $25 every week for tool allowance in the past 3 years, I have never seen the manager toolbox open once. H R In this company never stand for employee always get company said. I have seen people been Yelled at, cried, forced to do work watch is not related to their skill When they contact HR the result is legally punished. I hope fair work Australia takes action against that. if required I can provide the referral evidence. we get a few minutes extra breaks in the morning tea we have to leave 10 minutes late every day. The manager coming at 6:30 in the morning to go to the toilet in company time then he goes for breakfast in the lunchroom getting coffee and starts at 7:30 works all his time charge to the company, because someone got his back. Another fraud on the workshop management if they want a holiday or visit their family they will book a ticket to go check different state workshops and work there all charges goes on the company.
