RHM Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd (RHMCE) was originally associated with Rickard Hails Moretti Pty Ltd, a Sydney based multi-discipline consultancy company established in 1984. In 2003, under the guidance of Mr. Brett Hails, RHMCE opened a regional office based in Muswellbrook to service existing clientele in the fields of civil and structural engineering. Upon completion of a company re-structure in July 2006 and with a solid client base, RHMCE relocated its entire consultancy practice to Muswellbrook. Employing a total of seven (7) fulltime engineers and technicians, RHMCE provides the local and greater community area with a structural and civil design consultancy service. Employing specialised and experienced staff in the field of civil and structural engineering; Understand our clients, their individualism and the objectives; Be approachable, responsive, professional and reliable; Understand of the fundamentals of civil and structural engineering and their impacts on project costs and the environment; Be innovative but practical in the development of engineering solutions; Understand and be familiar with local governments and statutory requirements and their social, economical and environmental impacts and; Implementation of appropriate quality management systems. This philosophy has earned RHMCE an excellent reputation for quality of service, innovation, professionalism and for practicality in our designs. RHMCE is highly computerised in terms of both design and documentation, enabling us to consistently meet project milestones with a practical and commercial approach, thus resulting in cost effective design solutions. Our close association with town planners and environmental scientists enables RHMCE to assemble a design team tailored to the needs of a project thus ensuring all aspects of the development are assessed and addressed.
