Mary Retallack B. Sc, P. Grad. Dip (NRM), B. Ed, Grad. Dip (Viticulture), P. Cert (Arb), CPAg, GAICD, ARLF Mary Retallack is a Viticultural Consultant based in Adelaide who has worked professionally in the wine industry over the last eighteen years. Mary grew up on a fruit block in the Riverland and is a third generation viticulturist. Previous employment as a Senior Viticultural Consultant at Scholefield Robinson Horticultural Services, Vineyard Manager at Mountadam Vineyards in Eden Valley, Program Leader with the CRC for Viticulture on their Research to Practice program (throughout Australia), and work with Onkaparinga Institute of TAFE providing training in McLaren Vale, Adelaide Hills, Langhorne Creek and the South East regions of South Australia have given Mary a broad understanding of all facets of the wine industry. Mary has travelled extensively within Australia and overseas and has worked in the USA and Canada.
